This fan-assisted convection oven by King Edward bakes and displays potatoes as well as being suitable for a wide range of foodstuffs, including bread and savouries. An added feature to this potato oven is the illuminated 360° merchandising display top for cooked food. This machine has three oven shelves and is easy to clean and maintain. There is no need for exhaust canopy or any additional or specialist ventilation.
